Booking the Hall
Holy Trinity has :
- a large hall, with a stage, which will seat up to 100 people
- a small hall, which will seat up to 30 people
- a kitchen
The halls are suitable for meetings, classes and parties, and are regularly used by several schools and community groups. They are available for hire on either a “one-off” or a regular basis. At present, some weekday afternoon or evening sessions, and some weekend sessions, are available.
Chairs and trestle tables are available. Hirers are responsible for laying them out, and clearing them away, and for leaving the halls and kitchen clean and tidy at the end of the let. The halls must always be vacated by 11pm, which means that (to allow time for clean-up) an evening event needs to wind up by around 10pm.
Charges vary according to the time of day and of the week, whether it is a “one-off” or a regular booking, and whether it is a commercial let or for a “good cause”.
