The church with the open doors
EXTENDING OUR HALLS
Holy Trinity completed a major upgrade of its hall facilities in 2014 to enable it to serve church and community better.
We offer:
· A large hall
· A completely new small hall (the Taylor Hall)
· A second renovated small hall
Other improvements made include:
· An extended, refitted kitchen
· A new disabled toilet
· A new office for the administrator of Holy Trinity and our sister church, St Augustine, Tooting.
· Better disabled access throughout.
Serving the community
Serving the community is at the core of our Christian purpose. This is the latest of many adaptations of our buildings over the years to offer facilities to the community.
Our halls are used by a
wide range of leisure and cultural groups, including yoga, tai chi, and dance.
We host several support
groups for vulnerable people such as those recovering from mental illness and
alcohol problems. A kindergarten uses the hall on weekday mornings.
Booking the halls
Booking enquiries are welcome on 07503 949471 or by email. For more information on the halls, click here.
The Taylor legacy
This project has been made possible by the very generous legacy of former parishioners Jack and Olga Taylor, supplemented by grants from City Bridge Trust and Biffa. The congregation has also raised £15000 for fitting out the new areas.
