Our Charities

At Holy Trinity we give 10% of income over the year to charities and other good causes. Each year we review the charities that we support to ensure that they are the best fit with the priorities of our church and changing circumstances in the world. At present we are supporting:

Western Lodge (we offer support on an ongoing basis)
Supported accommodation for homeless men, enabling them to work towards independent living.

Wandsworth Prison Welfare Trust (Supporting between 2024 - 2028)
Resources for constructive activity for the prisoners (e.g. books, art materials, games, DVDs), to give a better chance of rehabilitation.

Friends of the Holy Land Institute for the Deaf (Supporting between 2025 - 2029)
Based near Amman in Jordan, the HLID works to ensure that deaf and deafblind children in the Middle East receive the support they need.

 McCabe Educational Trust (Supporting between 2025 - 2029)
Ongoing financial support for children's homes and schools in the Holy Land, India and Nepal, plus smaller grants to other  similar projects.

Crosslight Advice (Supporting between 2026 - 2030)
Advice and support for those burdened by unmanageable debt; training on budgeting and money skills.

Most of the funds that we raise are split equally between these four but some is kept behind in a disaster and emergency relief fund which is used to provide help as needs arise.

In lieu of collecting Harvest goods, we offer a Harvest collection for our charities.  If you'd like to give to the charities listed above as a part of our Harvest 2026 appeal, please use the QR Code.

We also support the Children's Society through collecting boxes and we make a collection for Christian Aid during Christian Aid Week.
